Each employee is an important and valued member of our team. We invest in people a lot.

a. All of them are at least over 5 years experience with mould design. 

b. Know well about DME and Hasco Standard.

c. Good at mould design, part design, DFM Analysis, Moldflow Analysis. 

d. Good at English reading and writing. The project engineer can speak English.

e. Keep training. Training is so important for us to learn new knowledge. We have at least one hour training class each week.
